How long does shipping take?
Standard pieces ship within 5–10 business days. Custom orders take 7–14 business days after design approval. I'll always give you a tracking number.
Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is made to order, I don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or isn't what was agreed, I'll make it right.
Can I see more photos before buying?
Absolutely — just send me a message and I'll share additional photos of any piece in the collection.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Just mention it in your order notes or send me a message and I'll wrap it beautifully with a handwritten card.
